Young Families

Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock.

Matthew 7:24-25

Foundations is a ministry designed to meet the specific needs of young married couples and families. While food, fun and fellowship are foundational to the group, it is also a time of practical instruction about marriage, parenting, and other issues related to this phase of life.

About

Our Young Families ministry is designed to meet the specific needs of young married couples and young families. While food, fun and fellowship are foundational to the group, it is also a time of practical instruction about marriage, parenting, and other issues related to this phase of life.

Foundations

The Foundations group meets during the school year, gathering during Home Fellowship weeks (typically the second and fourth week of the month, though see the church calendar for specific meeting dates) on Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm - 8:30pm in the Fellowship Hall. We enjoy a meal together each week, followed by a lesson and time in small groups for discussion and prayer. We also have various other activities throughout the year.

Beginnings

Beginnings is a ministry targeted at young married couples. Beginnings meets off campus on the Thursday nights of Home Fellowship weeks. This group enjoys a meal together and studies what the Bible has to say about this particular phase of life. To learn more about this group, please contact the church office.
